We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to the difference in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
Return & Exchange Policy
After receipt of the goods the buyer can apply for 15 days to return or for replacement, please ensure that the goods are not damaged, in the original packaging and any safety seals are not damaged.
The supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.
In general, you (the customer), is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
A customer requests a return for a product, pl arrange to return the item directly back to the supplier (Recommended, due to speed of delivery).
Customers need to send product back to supplier within 14 days.
